Planning to Production

phase no. 01- onboarding & Consulting

Initial planning is going through all ideas together and making sure you are connected with the best vendors to achieve your vision. This includes reviewing your vendor list, getting to know you and your partner, exploring your vision boards, and chatting about the big picture of how you want the day to go and feel. We handle all of this during our details + vibe onboarding call. From then, Shh Events will share resources + planning hub access to keep you on track during your planning process!

phase no. 02- planning

Our process during phase 2 depends on the level of planning service you select. For all coordination and details management packages we leave the heavy lifting of planning to you (with our incredible resources and cell on speed dial of course!) For all partial and full service couples this is where we really start to play, with unlimited communication + monthly recaps and expert guidance to help you start to create the day YOU want to celebrate.

phase no. 03- producing

Lastly, we produce! Wedding production is the same for all packages and starts 8 weeks before the wedding. We meet to discuss all events details from wake up to clean up. We attend and facilitate your final site visit with all vendors, produce and share your wedding details document and start taking over full communication. The week of the wedding we will meet up to collect your "personals" and decor that Shh Events will be responsible for, we will orchestrate your ceremony rehearsal the day or two before the wedding, and on the wedding day we will be there to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.

  • Contract Review

    This is a big one. Shh Events reviews all of your vendor agreements with you to ensure that everything listed is within reason for the scope of services. Trust me, you don't want to sign your life away if something takes a turn!

  • Unlimited Communication

    Another bonus to working with Shh Events for Partial + Full Planning is that we are available to communicate from the moment you book. Whatever works for you works for us- love a weekly call? Great! Better texting between meetings? Send us a meme and we are there! We are your partner and sounding board in this process.

  • Day Of Service

    Shh Events is available to you throughout the entire day on your wedding, on call in the morning and the first to arrive to your venue to make sure all of the vendors are staying on task for the event. Your lead planner is with you throughout the night ensuring that everything is taken care of for you- from setting out your decor and securing your gifts to making sure your glass stays filled and your shoes are comfortable- we make sure that you and your family get to enjoy the evening stress free.
