“We picked Stephanie to be our day-of coordinator because we really liked her personality! She seemed like someone we could easily get along with and would be able to work with during as stressful of a time as weddings can be. And she was! Her confidence and level-headedness made everything so easy because we knew we were in good hands! Honestly, there isn’t a good way to write a review of how amazing she was without it turning into a small novel. Suffice it to say, she made a day that was packed and busy more stress-free than I could have imagined the day of the wedding to be.

Thanks to her, the wedding day was by far the least stressful part of getting married! We, the bride and groom, got more time alone and time with our guests than I would have guessed we’d be able to because Stephanie coordinated who needed to be where among all of our vendors and the venue. Months out, it was great to have Stephanie there to answer whatever weird little questions we had no idea how to answer, but someone with experience could. She always responded in a timely manner and provided feedback as needed, like making sure we asked our illustrator about travel costs when it wasn’t mentioned in their contract. About a month out from the wedding is when we really started to be thankful Stephanie was around! Creating the day-of timeline was very stressful to me because I had no idea how long certain things would need to be, but she handled that and passed it along to our other vendors.

She was very organized and knew exactly what we needed to provide for the day, her lists made it easier for us to stay organized too. She was also kind enough to provide some things of her own for us to use, like an easel for our welcome sign and plastic plates for small children at dinner. The biggest life savor that we really appreciate her help with was picking up our favors and some of our alcohol from our apartment days before, helping put together said favors, and then dropping the leftovers a few days after (the beers were even cold when she handed them off to us!)”
